Industrial Calibrations

Providing calibration facilities to leading laboratories in the country is another function carried out by the department. Linear measures from textile industry , volumetric measures from distilleries, weights and weighing instrument from plantation industry were calibrated and certificate of calibration were issued.Fees shall be payable for calibration fee for weighing and measuring instruments according to the rates specified in..Part 1 of Schedule 4.
